<description>If you had seen the Java icon on your bottom tray, you have it already installed on your computer. The Chat software you were using was a Java based program that automatically hooks into your installed Java and runs when you are chatting. Once you exit that webpage, the Java program is terminated and you won&#039;t see the icon anymore on your computer Tray until you go back to the Chat website you were using.

If for some reason you can&#039;t chat anymore when you go to that website, you need to do the following if you are using Internet Explorer: [Read below instructions first then attempt it otherwise you won&#039;t be able to read if you are doing it one step at a time while reading it. Better yet, print it out.]
1. In the menu in Internet Explorer, select Tools &gt; Internet Options...
2. In the Internet Options box, select the Delete Files... button and then OK button after that.
** CAUTION. This will cause all your temporary downloaded files in IE to get wiped out. Use at your own discretion and don&#039;t blame me if other internet site don&#039;t work exactly as you wanted.

By the Way, this is a good practice to do once in a while on your Internet Explorer because these temporary files only fill up your hard drive and make it slow. Be in the habbit of cleaning stuff up and you won&#039;t have problems.

<description>Try Internet connection sharing. If it&#039;s used for faxes, you can set up a fax server. It realy depends on what you are using the modem for.

<description>Here are a few things to try.

goto www.download.com

download ewido, sbybot search and destroy and ad-adaware. Run a full scan for each one.

If that doesn&#039;t work trying booting the computer in safe mode by pressing f8 while the computer is booting up. Then try to manually delete the file that way.

		<description>Three things you can try...

Check for spyware. Run both Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/) to remove any spyware. Run both as one may caught something the other missing. Then go to microsoft.com and download Defender to protect against future infections. All three programs are free.

If you think you know the file, boot the computer into safe mode (press the F8 key during boot up until you get a screen with Safe Mode as an option). Because safe mode does not load any background files, it will not load the file and you will be able to delete it.

Also you can try running the msconfig utility.
Go to Start, then Run and type in: msconfig
Go to the startup tab
You will see a list of all the programs that are loaded when your computer starts up. The one causing your problem is probably being loaded there. Uncheck it. It will not load in the future.
Reboot and you will probably be able to delete the file

Hopefully between those you can get it cleared.
