Can I turn my dialup connection into a wireless for my laptop?

I live in the middle of nowhere with slowest dialup connection know to man. I’m stuck with it for at least another 2 years. In the meantime, I would like to make the dialup more convenient to use for my laptop.

Is there some kind of hardware that can be used to do this? If so, please give me the brand name so I know what to buy.
