A federal task force report being released today reveals that police want a national web interface linking police computers with those of Internet and e-mail providers so cops can instantly access the emails and records of suspects. They want to be able to “exchange legal process requests and responses to legal process” through an encrypted, police-only “nationwide computer network. Seems like there’s lots of potential for abuse – don’t forget we just learned that the FBI got thousands of phone records from ordinary Americans by citing nonexistent emergencies.

a) germany was never fascist- italy was (many fall for that propaganda lie).
b) capitalism and communism are 2 sides of the same coin- only national socialism and its workforce based currency is safe from jewish manipulation (no, gold is not the answer).

c) the holyhoax didnt bring the US into the war- the jewish advisers were. The Holyhoax served as a latter justification for that war and to distract from allied and soviet atrocities.

well if the american media has been spewing right wing propaganda for 50 years(likely longer), then you have to question everything you were told during that time, including the idea that stalin was a dictator.
i think it goes back to at least the 1910′s when any reporter who exposed corporate-political corruption was labeled a “muckraker”.

As the title is constructed, the implication (to me at least) is that Romania will be receiving some type of anti-missile defense system from somebody

This is oversimplifying things; Fox News cannot be understood by anyone as ‘left-wing’. The ‘right’ and ‘left’ media are simply intellectual tramlines, and propogate what Orwell described as Doublethink, removing nuance and reason from the public conciousness.
The US is not headed for Marxism in the traditional sense, it is a synthesis of fascism and socialism, something new and dreadful.

print, television and radio media has always been about 90% right wing. you have your opb and your air america radio and a few newspapers which are left wing but thats only a drop in the bucket.
stalin may have taken extreme measures during wartime but there were a lot of other soviet leaders who werent dictators.

Stalin was in power almost 30 years. The war lasted how long? 1941-1945 for the USSR. A drop in the bucket, as you say.

air america has problems because most of the people who listen to talk radio during the day are working class republicans.
intelligent people dont tend to be working class with a job that allows them to listen to a radio.
