im connected to the internet wirelessly and am getting a decent connection but when i mouse over the icon its saying 1mbps and no signal all the time. from my distance from my router it used to say 10mbps and low signal a week ago but something happened and i had to reset my router and set it up differently. used to have my router connected thru a hub and that thru another non wireless router, something happened and i had to do modem-my wireless router-hub. my conection seems ok but i cant download anything or view gifs(take to long to dl). its like being back on dialup. whats going on? the 2 comps connected to the router are turned off also.

HI I HOPE U WILL HELP ME WITH THIS SMALL PROB….. i have a broadband 100mbps connection …….(BSNL)dialup …..i changed my lan to 100mbps in properties ……i have a srs issiue….the bsnl guys gave me a MODEM ……which says STABILITY UNDER HIGH SPEED:DOWNLOAD/25Mbps ….UPLOAD 1Mbps………. but i am confused i pay high internet prises …and stuffs keep downloading at 25kbps at the max …i really mean at the MAX …..infact i use download accelator ……….whats the dam logic i dont understand cause i have a broadband which clearly states 100mbps after connecting and it downloads stuffs at 10 -15 kbps…is it cause of the firewall i dont get it …….please help me …i will really appritiate it …..thanx a lot for ur co-paration …..please reply

bc i play halo online.and the problem is its not running smoothly when i play regular game and multiplayer.so will i need more connection speed or will i need a better graphic card?any suggestions?thanks. bc my connection speed is 7.1Mbps downstream and 896 kbps upstream.i got all the requirements.i just want to know about the video card or the connectin speed.bc i just found out cox communications got 9.0Mbps downstream and 1Mbps upstream for cable modem.a lot faster than qwest dsl 7.1 downstream and 896kbps upstream.which should i get?right now im running dsl.should i get cable modem high speed? thanks.
