I am told that with broadband internet connection I don’t need to use programs like Downlaod Accelerator? T/F?
My DSL speed averages 4700 kbps for downloads and 600kbps for uploads. What download program would be useful at such sppeds, esp. to que up multiple files?

HI I HOPE U WILL HELP ME WITH THIS SMALL PROB….. i have a broadband 100mbps connection …….(BSNL)dialup …..i changed my lan to 100mbps in properties ……i have a srs issiue….the bsnl guys gave me a MODEM ……which says STABILITY UNDER HIGH SPEED:DOWNLOAD/25Mbps ….UPLOAD 1Mbps………. but i am confused i pay high internet prises …and stuffs keep downloading at 25kbps at the max …i really mean at the MAX …..infact i use download accelator ……….whats the dam logic i dont understand cause i have a broadband which clearly states 100mbps after connecting and it downloads stuffs at 10 -15 kbps…is it cause of the firewall i dont get it …….please help me …i will really appritiate it …..thanx a lot for ur co-paration …..please reply
Is anyone using a fiber optics connection on the Internet 2 right now? Is it faster than a T1 based,Internet1?
Yes, the Internet 2 does exist to all you newbies out there. And the T1 connection is one of the fastest broadband connections next to fiber optics.
