hi..i’m using a dialup modem 56k..lately, my connection drops half the speed as it used to..is it because of my internet provider or..is it possible that my modem is faulty? i’m positive that i don’t have spyware or any kind..tnx!

Technology is increasing so fast, I kind of wonder how long until everyone is saying “Back in the day, we used to have something called the internet.”

is this good? if not what is the BEST TO GET FOR COLLEGE?

Here is the situation. I live a mile from a major U.S. highway, yet I cannot get a Broadband connection. Yes it is kind of in the country, but should that actually matter? We deal with Verizon, whom does our dialup connection, but it is terrible at best. Verizon does not offer DSL for our location. Hughes net is too expensive, so that is not the answer. Am I stuck with dialup until I move? What is the best way to deal with this problem? If Verizon can’t service us, does that mean other phone companies cannot?

Researching the internet on my Umbilical Hernia and after visiting a couple of doctors, I found out there are different kinds of operations you can do. I am looking for the one with minimal scarring, fastest recovery and safest results. Does anyone have experiences which will be helpful? Please give description of the procedure, if you’ve had this kind of surgery or work in the medical field.

Any alternative healing techniques you can suggest instead of surgery?
