For maximum speed and reliability, do I need a wired router?
My three computers are hardwired from a cable modem to a wireless-B router. But every one experiences frequent Internet connection drops. Would a wired router be faster and more reliable? If so, which one? Would the Wireless-G with MIMO be faster for our HARD wired connections than our current Wireless-B? We do occassionally use wireless, but it’s not a factor in our decision — speed and reliability are tops.
