I just got wifi and need help hooking up 2 desktops and a laptop. It has to have a wep code for security reasons through work. I also would like to hook up my psp to the web and online play with my ds. help.

I have a dsl conection with a static ip
I have a microsoft media center edition pc
I have a linksky g 2.7 ghz router

I live in a country where lots of website are blocked. It’s terrible!! Access to the web is so limited. Anyway I heard about a program called JAP (their website is blocked here in the U.A.E) It is a packet ecapsulation software, used for anonymous surfing, this is the program that will give me access to the REAL internet. I have recently become a Verizon DSL customer. I desire to download the necessary security software for my computer. When I attempt to download I am advised that I must have Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or above. I currently have the 5.1 version…….How do I obtain the Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or above?
